Which application do I need?
First-Time Applicant Application- These applications are for graduating seniors or for college students who have never applied for a scholarship through First Baptist Church Barlow before.
Scholarship Renewal Application- These applications are for students who have previously been awarded a scholarship through the First Baptist Church Barlow scholarship program in the past. A “Scholarship Renewal Application” must be turned in each year in order to be considered for a continuing scholarship.

The First Baptist Church of Barlow is the administrator of five scholarships.
The scholarships are:
Dathel Crews Norment Scholarship, Thomas Taylor Norment Scholarship, Eva Sanders Moore Scholarship
Darrel E. “Preacher” Moore Scholarship, Jerry D. and Connie S. Moore Scholarship
The scholarships are to recognize students who are Ballard County residents and church members that have demonstrated a record of attendance at church services and activities, good moral, ethical character, and have completed high school with a GPA and test scores necessary to continue their education.
Please read through the “applicant criteria” first to make sure you qualify to be considered for a scholarship
Applications can be mail to First Baptist Church Barlow or turned in to Ballard Memorial High school Office. Applications must be postmarked by:
March 28, 2024 for First-Time High school graduating senior Applicants and by June 14th, 2024 for Scholarship Renewal Applicants
